Set Various Teams
How can I set up a website with database capabilities?
As an example of the type of website I want to create, consider the website at http://football.stassen.com , which allows visitors to calculate and list college football teams according to various criteria, using historical records as the background database. I’m not particularly interested in doing this for football, mind you, but I would like to know how to create a website that allows visitors to calculate statistics according to background data.
I would defintely suggest using the combination PHP / mySQL. It is support by most free servers and any server you have to pay for, plus it is free software to use, not much harder than plain HTML and is in high demand for jobs too.
